By booking an appointment or purchasing a service from Eden’s Image Beauty (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms ensure a respectful, professional, and safe experience for all clients and staff.

1. Appointments & Bookings

Booking Requirements: All appointments must be booked online or via approved channels. A valid email and phone number are required.

Deposit Policy: Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward your service total.

Confirmation: You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your appointment is booked.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a late cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.

No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and may result in full service charges and denial of future bookings.

3. Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your session or reschedule, and a late fee may apply.

Arriving late reduces the time available for your service but not the price.

4. Refunds & Returns

Service Sales Are Final: All beauty and skincare services are non-refundable.

Product Returns: Unopened, unused retail products may be returned within 7 days with a valid receipt for store credit only.

5. Client Expectations

Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup for lash services.

Inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client displaying rude, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.

6. Promotions & Offers

Promotional pricing is only valid during the active promotion window.

Discounts or codes must be applied at the time of booking or checkout.

Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

7. Privacy & Communication

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive appointment updates, reminders, and marketing communications via email and/or SMS.

We aim to deliver excellent results tailored to each client, but outcomes may vary based on skin type, lash retention, lifestyle, and aftercare. Results are not guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with service outcomes.
